Challenge
A large old Beechview city house, taken down to studs. Interior, exterior, and design all needed to come out of the same hand and land at the same moment.
Approach
Everything refit — interior, exterior, and design — under a single signature. Quartz, matte black, graphic wallpaper. The bones stayed; everything around them was remade.
Result
It has let without a gap since the week the last fixture went on.
