Challenge
A six-unit building in Pittsburgh's Little Italy, taken to studs. Six distinct rooms, six different starting conditions, one deadline, one budget.
Approach
Every unit finished under a single design signature — clawfoot baths, marble coffee tables, panel moulding, wallpaper selected room by room. The set reads as related without being identical.
Result
Top occupancy and nightly rate for any multi-unit building in Bloomfield and Highland Park from 2022 through 2024.
